Even when I got my lop top the first time . I just unplugged the USB device on my S5230 samsung phone and an unknown number rung. but I had no SIM IN THE PHONE AT every AT THE TIME - How is this possible? Has the phone remembered my number and someone was actually ringing me or is this a glitch on the phone somehow? very weird! thanks PS. the phone was dropped down toilet 3 days ago but everything has been working normally and was at the time when it rang. Open Question: Something wrong with my K770i?
I was going to snooze so I turned my cellphone off. When I woke up, I pressed the on button, the Sony Ericsson start up screen appeared and disappeared. Normally, it would go to the Normal Mode or Flight Mode, instead the screen would just light up and black out repeatedly. I took off the battery many times already, nothing would work. So I just left it lighting up and blacking out, every of a sudden my contacts came up. Can someone please explain what is wrong? :(. BTW, my cellphone would sometimes go on and no longer go to the Mode thingy, it would automatically pick any option. :(. HELP PLEASE.

Open Question: I want to live with my dad. Its complicated.?
I am 14 years old and I want to live with my dad. I have been living with my mom since they got divorced when I was 2 and she has full custody, my dad has visitation. I am at his home on most weekends. They only live about an hour away from each other, my dad does every the driving. every my friends live at my dads home, my mom just moved again. I dont like the school and the kids here or the area in general. When Im done with my chores everyday I have nothing to do. I could go "play outside" like my mom tells me to but I dont have friends to go hang out with and doing that everyda by myself gets old. I feel like Im wasting my time being here. She wont even let me receive a job so I can keep up money to buy myself a car in a year and a half or pay my cellphone bill which I pay for myself. I also bought my possess computer and pay for the security. At my dads home, I have horses I want to train and compete on. I can learn the guitar like I have wanted to for the past 3 years. I have a hound puppy my daddy bought me to train to hunt. I write my possess music and I could do shows at my parents friends restaurant. I could receive a job working at a horse barn with disabled kids. I would be going to the gym a few times a week. My best pal would live down the road from me. I wouldnt have to go to the church my mom wants me to. I would be a happier person. My life would have more of a purpose. I would be doing activities that keep me busy and out of trouble, and go to the high school I wanted to in the first place. But she wont let me. We have talked about me moving there before and last summer I alsmost did but she changed her mind last minute. She says I will miss her and I need her and My brother and sister need me. But I have a brother that lives there too. I dont know what to do. I want to go so bad. Any advice? And I would look my mom almost every weekend so idk why she has such a problem with it. And my dad wants me to live with him. He is the one who pays for my doctors/dentist app. And my braces. And my insurance. And opened a bank account for me. And pays $800 a month for child support when he really cant afford every of that. My step-dad is an ex-mlb player, He has money. And my mom doesnt work. But they still complain every the time about how my dad doesnt pay for anything i do..... And my mom wont let anything she buys me go over to my dads home. And when he buys me things she turns around and complains about how he can buy me a new t-shirt but cant pay his full amount of child support every month. But when i need a new pair of jeans or shoes, ask your dad to receive them for you. He also lets my little sister who isnt even his daughter arrive over every the time with her friends and buys her stuff. When my mom paid for my cellphone bill, she would yell at me when I brought my cell phone to his home. When my dad or step-mom buy me stuff I can do what I want with it. My moms gives me "gifts with attachments". She wants to be in control. I adore both of my parents equally, but I am looking for more stability in my life. I want to be a kid and be able to live life without having the adult worries on my shoulders, I can do this at my dad's home, but I just can't at my mom's home anymore. Ok enough complaining, sorry but I just needed some venting space. Well this is why I didn't list the details, because the list just goes on and on... They live in different cities. I couldnt alternate weeks because of school. When I said my friends live at my dads home I meant they live in that area.

Open Question: Checking your BF/GF Cellphone - yes or no?
What is wrong with people? Are couples not allowed even a little bit of privacy? I have friends and family that check their significant other's cell phones! I would never do that and would probably yell at my boyfriend if he ever did. It's called repect, privacy and trust! I know some couples that swap phones at the end of the day to check up on one another. If you check your S.O. phone then you don't trust him/her! Granted if you think s/he is cheated then check away but a daily phone check is ridiculous. Do you check your S.O. phone? Do they check yours? Why?

I bought my LG VU cellphone in Mid June of 09. It has really taken a turn for the worse, something is wrong with my phone. It turns off randomely in the middle of a text. I will fully charge the battery and, seriously, if I go talk on it for more than 5 minutes, it will close off and die. The battery doesnt last more than a couple hours, when I text. I have school, and work every day, so I cant have a cellphone that dies in an hour, that's not good. My question is, since I have only had this phone for around 9 months, would they give me a new one free? Isn't there a year warranty on it? because I'm going today to the store after school, and I would like to know if they are gonna give me a new cell phone, without cost. Do you think that would take long for them to send it off? I cant be without my cell, not for teen reasons either, just because Im gone every day so I have to keep contact.

I found this video that contains a really chilly dance tune, but I don't know it's name, I even asked around for the name, on the comment's box, no one knows. I know there is a way to find tune's using Mobile Music ID, but that requires a cellphone. Is there any way to find a tune you are listening to right now on the headphone, on a website? Ex: youtube, Dailymotion, or any website that uses Flash Player? And if u can, is there a free software like Tunatic, but finds the tune that I'm listening to on the internet on the headphone? Open Question: Why does my purse set off store alarms?
A few weeks ago, my purse (currently, a Coach handbag) kept setting off store alarms. I had nothing else on me except for that. I walked in, and the stupid alarm went off. It was kindly demagnetized by one cashier, and the problem stopped. However, yesterday, it set off the alarm at Macy's. Again, I had NOTHING else with me. The girls at the counter told me that it could be that every of my electronics (cellphone, iPod, PlayStation Portable, and camera) created enough magnetism that it caused the alarm to go off. They said it happened to their coworkers as well. I've *always* had that stuff in my purse, and it has NEVER happened before. Could that be the case? Any other ideas? I was thinking of switching purses, and keeping some of that stuff at home, but would that make the problem cease? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i have someone who lives in my city that keeps texting me and i cant figure out who it is. is there a way to find the name that the cellphone is listed below WITHOUT paying money?

Voting Question: Is updating your status on Myspace, Facebook and Twitter free?
I have AT&T and unlimited texting. I have read several things that say that it is free if you have unlimited texting and several others that says it will charge you internet time. The internet is close off on my phone to where I can't receive on it even if I wanted to, but if I update my status from my cellphone on either of these websites(myspace, facebook or twitter) will it charge me extra? I'm looking for information on this from people that actually use it without having the internet on their phone so I can receive an accurate response. Thank you. :) I meant to update it from your mobile phone. Not from a computer.
